Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Window

  • Exchanges are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • To be eligible, the product is returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

2. Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
  • After quality checks, a replacement will be provided.
  • If the requested product is out of stock, a full refund of the product value will be initiated to your original payment method, provided the request was raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • To avoid any confusion during the exchange process, customers are strongly advised to record a video or click photographs while unboxing the package. This serves as proof in case of damage or defect claims.

3. No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept product returns at the moment.
  • Customers are only eligible for an exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

4. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Stationery products.
  • Products purchased on discount, sale, or promotional offers.

5. Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must pass our quality check once received at our facility.
  • Products showing signs of alteration or missing packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

6. Legal Compliance

  • This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce guidelines.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law in cases of defective or deficient goods.
